Terms of service.
What Money is, how its plans are paid and cancelled, and whose your records are.
In effect from 18 October 2026. These terms are between you and イチ (0001), in Tokyo, which runs Money, money, money (“Money”) at moneymoneymoney.app and in its iPhone app.
What Money is
Money keeps your accounts, balances, transactions, budget and subscriptions in one place. An assistant you connect can add to your records, and files you drop are read for the money in them. Money is a tool for your own overview: it is not financial, tax or investment advice, and figures from banks, assistants or files can be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it.
Your account
- One account is for one person. Sign in with your email, Apple or Google, and keep them secure.
- You choose which assistants to connect, and you can disconnect them in Settings at any time. What they add is yours to check.
- Never give Money or an assistant your bank logins. Money never asks for them.
Plans and payment
- Money is one monthly subscription at one price, shown in your currency on the home page and at checkout, tax included. There is no free trial.
- Stripe charges your card when you start and then on the same day each month or year, until you cancel.
- We never change the price of a running subscription. A new price applies to new subscriptions only.
- Cancel any time in Settings, under Manage billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Paid periods are not refunded part-way, unless the law requires it or a fault on our side kept you from using Money; then we refund or credit you.
- If a payment fails or a subscription ends, your records stay: you can read and export them, but not add to them, until you subscribe again.
Your records
Your records are yours. We do not sell them or use them for ads. You can export them at any time, and closing your account in Settings erases them and ends your subscription. Privacy says what leaves Money and what never does.
Using Money fairly
- Use Money only for lawful purposes and within the rules of the services you connect.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer it, or try to reach records that are not yours.
- Do not upload anything that infringes others' rights, carries malware or breaks the law.
We may suspend or close an account to keep Money secure, to comply with the law, or when these terms are broken.
Liability
Money is provided as available. We work to keep it running and your records safe, but cannot promise it is never interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made on figures in Money, nor for failures of banks, assistants, networks or other services.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date above says when they last changed, and we email you before a change that matters to you takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
