What adds to it
- Your assistant, from what you tell it and from your banks. Connect your assistant.
- A file you drop on Transactions: a photo of a receipt, a PDF bill or a bank's CSV export, Wise's included.
- On a phone, the plus in the top corner: Snap a receipt opens the camera.
Nothing else adds to your records.
Money sorts it
Each one is filed as it lands. Money out is an expense, money in is income, and the shop's name picks the category: a café goes to Food, a train ticket to Transport.
Several at one place on one day stand as one line with their count. Tap the line to see each of them.
Check it
Tap a transaction to see what Money knows: the amount, the day, the account, the category, and where it came from, such as ChatGPT or Drop zone · statement.csv. One read from a snapped receipt shows the picture.
Swipe an expense left to make it a business expense. Swipe it again to make it personal.
Nothing twice
A payment is kept once, whatever brought it. Drop the same statement twice and nothing is added. Two coffees in one shop on one day stay two.
